2003 2.5 TDi 88 BHP remapped to 120 BHP. Our signature T4 map doesn’t just increase power, we developed the map to improve the driving experience which in turn increases fuel economy, it also eradicates flat spots resulting in the van behaving more like a car with smooth delivery of power making it the perfect daily driver or long distance cruiser.

As T4’s have come of age, their weak spots have surfaced over the years so, with most, we address these areas and this example is no exception by any means. This vehicle at present is undergoing an extensive body restoration which will include:

• New rear arches
• New front wings
• New steps (although the steps on this particular vehicle are OK, we aim to be as thorough as possible so will be changing them regardless)
• New dog legs
• And to complete, a full ‘factory finish’ respray featuring colour coded bumpers and mirrors

When complete, this stunning bus will be finished in pristine factory grey white with contrasting cloth upholstery, colour coded bumpers and mirrors, brand new dechromed badges and will sit on brand new suspension supported by 18″ Carbon black staggered allow wheels giving this unique vehicle an aggressive yet clean stance. To push things a little further it will feature brand new LED DRL headlights and new taillights and matching Carbon Porsche inspired livery.

Just when you think it couldn’t possibly get any better…… it does. Over the years we’ve been developing an interior lining system like no other and this vehicle will be the first to feature our bespoke aviation style lining system. The lining system features sound proofing and premium insulation, this dramatically reduces road noise and transforms a van into a luxury leisure vehicle, the perfect blank canvas for a camper conversion, surf bus or day van. The lining system will be hand tailored, trimmed in silver grey Alcantara with Carbon grey runway in the center of the headlining with x8 crystal white LED lights.

When this bus leaves our body shop it will be put through our mechanical workshop for an extensive service and mild recommissioning. This will include cambelt, oil, filters, coolant and ancillaries.
